Tile Floors

Wood Floors

Untrained cleaners leave excess water on the floor, which works between the boards warping the edges. Un-treated tap water also contains alkaline, the culprit behind water spots on your wood floors. We use chemicals to neutralize the alkaline, thus helping to eliminate the spot and streak problem on wood or laminate floors. In heavy trafficked areas, a sealer can be applied four times a year.

Carpet Floors

Stains in carpet can be a hassle to remove, never rub a stain, just blot. When your rub a stain, it breaks down the fibers and spreads the stain. This makes the carpet look old and ragged, as well as slightly discolored. You have two options when dealing with stains, spray on an alcohol based product or use vinegar and water. A periodical application of a carpet protection product will allow most stains to come up quickly and cleanly with just water.
